Coaching Classes for IX & X:

The project aims for giving free Coaching Classes for IX & X to the students of government High school MADANDIH and PODDARDIH around, who come from rural area and economically weaker sections of society so that they may perform well and are equally treated in society, The education system is still weak in the undeveloped regions of the country instead of lots of the educational awareness programs run by the government. People living in such areas are very poor and spend their whole day in arranging only for basic needs. Coaching classes for standard IX & X has been organized by RAH Society which is supported by MPL.

Linkages and network has been established by the project for better co-ordination with local stake holders. Increase awareness about the Coaching Classes for IX & X. Provided a complete package and syllabus required to be covered within stipulated timeframe Customize progress report on enrolment, attendance and improvement assessment etc.

• The Students list is given below which shows the number of students the project covering in this months as follows: - 439 students in Poddardih High School and there are 153 students in Madandih High School.
• Students enrollment 118 belongs to SC category, 90 belong to ST category, 113 belong to OBC category,146 belongs to BC category,33 belongs to MBC category and remaining 92 students belong to general category.

• On starting our project we have conducted baseline test of the students to know how much they have learn.
• End of every month monthly test is being conducted to access their knowledge.
• Prize distributions to the meritorious students. Providing student friendly ambience to encourage student’s interest in studies.
• To provide free coaching classes to the poor and the needy students. We have acquired the awareness among the parents for their education through parent’s teacher meeting
• Conducting picnics for creating a friendly bond between teachers and students. Encourage the students for good results.

• In both the school total strength of the student are 900 and above among which 400+ student have jointed our coaching class.
• Students have built interest in studies through our classes.
• Increase in marks percentage in monthly tests. As baseline marks was 29% but by the end of session the students scored to 57% in monthly tests.
• After providing the coaching to the students, there was a deceleration of matriculation exam 80% students pass out from the school.
• By the end of session there was increase in the attendance of the students. When the project was started the attendance was 30% but by the end of session the attendance reached to 62%.
• Awarded the students who scored good marks in the monthly tests.
